This four-story 1889 brick building in Prospect Heights was the first multifamily Passive House retrofit project in the United States. It was renovated by Ken Levenson Architect to use about 90% less heating. We built the PHPP energy model and helped the architect get the project listed in the Passive House Institute's project database.
